(Complimentary Body Composition analysis will be given using our InBody)
Warm Up opens at 8:00am
Competition begins at 10:00am sharp and will start with the Squat (lowest to highest weight, men and women combined)
Plan on a full day of competition due to the unknown…. This is our first powerlifting meet. We are going to do our best but we ask for understanding, positive feedback and support.
Awards ceremony will start 30 minutes after last lift is performed.

If you are between weights your weight class is the higher weight division.
Awards will be given to the first three places in each Men’s & Women’s divisions.
There will be one Men and one Women best lifter award based upon content of entries in each division by formula.

Entry form and payment is required to participate. Please sign a Teton CrossFit waiver online as well if you haven't already.
WHAT ARE THE 3 LIFTS IN POWERLIFTING?
Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts:
squat, bench press, and deadlift.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO A POWERLIFTING COMPETITION?
T-shirt (to wear under the singlet)
Knee sleeves & wraps are permitted but not required
Wrist wraps (permitted but not required)
