YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES
CROSSFIT KIDS - AGES 6-9
This is a great way to introduce your child to fitness and get familiar with all the movements! We do a warm up, workout and games along the way!
CROSSFIT KIDS - AGES 10-13
Build confidence, gain muscle, speed and endurance while having a great time! We play fitness games along with the warm up, workout and stretching. Kids will be come familiar with the proper way to lift and move.
TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Mon/Wed 4pm - 5pm
The teen's strength and conditioning program is for both male and female athletes. It designed to help your young athlete better prepare for their athletic endeavors by improving movement patterns, increasing strength and overall athleticism. Each athlete is supported by a staff of coaches who will teach and safely instruct to lift weights, run faster and jump higher in a safe environment.
