TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Summer Schedule starts June 7th

$85/month

M/W/F 11:00 AM- 12:00 PM

The teen's strength and conditioning program is for both male and female athletes. It designed to help your young athlete better prepare for their athletic endeavors by improving movement patterns, increasing strength and overall athleticism. Each athlete is supported by a staff of coaches who will teach and safely instruct to lift weights, run faster and jump higher in a safe environment.

CROSSFIT KIDS SUMMER CLASS

Summer Classes start June 7th
Choose 1 or 2 days/week
Mon/Wed 2:45 PM-3:35 PM

Learn the movements of CrossFit and enjoy fitness this summer with Coach Layton!

 Ages 7-13 

1 Day/ Week: $45/month

2 Days/Week: $70/month
