INTO TO TACTICAL COMPETITION

We will be covering what gear is required, safety, training methodology and tactics and of course… Freedom!

You will not need to bring anything except for something to take notes. We will be doing some movements when we talk about training methodology but workout clothes are not required.

MINDFULNESS & STRESS RELIEF WORKSHOP

$25 for 2 hour workshop

Mindfulness is one of the leading treatment interventions for mental health currently.  This is an old perspective and practice that some cultures have been using for centuries, but modern day medicine and research is now catching up to provide evidence based proof for how mindfulness can improve overall health and emotional wellness. 


This 2 hour course will be part learning and part doing.  Erika will teach about mindfulness and the science behind how it helps our mental and physical health.  She will also guide participants through a series of mindful meditations to jumpstart confidence for people to integrate these methods into everyday life.
