Our Youth Fitness Class is the perfect introduction to fitness for kids! This high energy class focuses on building confidence, coordination, and body awareness through age-appropriate movements, fun games, and team-based activities.

Each session is designed to keep kids engaged and moving while teaching the fundamentals of strength, balance and agility in a safe, supportive environment. We prioritize fun over competition, helping kids develop a love for fitness that will last a lifetime.

Whether your child is new to exercise or just loves to move, this class will help them build healthy habits, learn new skills, and have a blast along the way!

Teen Fitness Class
Ages 12-17
Twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:30pm-5:20pm​
Ready to take your training to the next level? Our Teen CrossFit Class is for youth athletes who are serious about getting stronger, faster, and more confident - both in and out of the gym.
Led by experience coaches, each session is packed with high-energy workouts designed to boost strength, improving agility, and elevate overall athletic performance.
